The band is Galactic from New Orleans. This song is called Space Headz. It's not on any released album, live or studio. But it's available on some concerts on livedownloads.

I just saw them live last night and honestly, the drum solos were probably the best part, i've never seen such crazy things and heard such amazing rhythms. He's without a doubt one of the best drummers
