@rupertdataboy Dennis's songs are unmistakeable - like "Sharing the night together" "When your'e in love w/ a beautiful Woman", "A little bit More" etc. Neither Dennis NOR Ray wrote most of these songs though.

uhhhhhh..... this ISN'T the guy who sings it on the Dr. Hook Albums. That would be Dennis Locorriere, who's voice is up there with Elvis and Sinatra as far as phrasing and and amazing tonal quality. That's why this sounds like "shite" to you. Ray sings songs like "Marie Laveau" and "True Love" and sounds great in his own right. Both Ray and Dennis own the rights to the Dr. Hook name, but it's Ray who tours as the "voice of Dr. Hook" as he technically has more songs featuring his voice.
