HLURB's decision came on the heels of a complaint filed by a property buyer who failed to withdraw the money he paid for a condo unit in a pre-selling blitz recently conducted by the company. "Upon ocular inspection and verification of our records, the violations of selling without license to sell as evidenced by provisional receipt and payment schedule submitted by a buyer, and advertising in the newspapers without prior approval from HLURB were found," Obligacion said.

Century Properties are well-known established developers who deliver excellent products and development. Here is a small list of Philippine projects they already delivered: Grand SOHO Makati, SOHO Central, Bel-Air SOHO, Essensa East Forbes, Pacific Place, West of Ayala, Medical Plaza Makati, One Magnificent Mile, Le Domaine, Medical Plaza Ortigas, Le Metropole, Le Triomphe, Le Grand, Canyon Ranch, etc. Im buying into one of their new projects but have not decided which one yet.

We are also victim of this scam, the first 3 months of transaction we noticed they pull out excessive amount from original agreeement. After hearing from several people about their scam, we decided to pull out the investment. Not we are fighting a legal case against them from their corrupt practices of the company. All htey think is to find a way to steal money from you. Don't be one of their victim like us, and they are not license to sell properties here in Canada.

AVOID buying any condo without seeing the Master Deed. Federal Land Inc. has a habit of hiding it from its buyers and using the same to flaunt their excesses. Be aware!

FEDERAL LAND INC projects are worst. They advertised a low density project and onced sold out they add more buildings thus making it a High Density project but sold at a low density price. Nothing is being done in a corrupt setup where money rules and FLI is Metrobank with lots of cash to pay their way for their greed.
