Who cares? I still think that George W. Bush was a great president of the United States of America. He not only managed to kill the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, but his administration worked aggressively to strip you of all your civil rights and civil libertities right under your noses especially with the USA PATRIOT ACT.

No New law has the Power or Authority to Trump the Constitution. THE usa patriot act has no authority. If they try to for it on me, A sovereign American, then I will respond with my 4 Amendment Right.

If I didn't know any better, I'd believe thats sarcasm. I thought it was because he was dancing on Ellen's daytime show? Or the fact he's backed by Oprah... Or the fact that he says nothing in his speeches but has sweet chocolate-covered skin? All aboard the Barackstar TRAIN!

"and your a 32 year old who has no life"
that was the your i was talking about, next time read more carefully instead of trying to act like you know something.
back to the real arguement: wire tapping without a warrant is illegal, no matter who is receiving the call. If they're talking to terrorists, I'm sure a warrant wouldn't be hard to come by.
and, why the sudden regression to name calling. i know the other guy is an immature idiot, but you actually seemed intelligent.

If a telecom isn't doing anything wrong, why the fuck does it need immunity?

Fact: They are wire tapping, granted it is primarily on overseas calls to susspected terrorists. But a law is a law, and while the person in the other country isn't protected from it, the person from this country making the call is. No wire tapping without a warrant, it's that simple. And if they're so certain someone is calling a terrorist, shouldn't a warrant be easy to come by?
Everybody is bound by the constitution, even retarded, monkey faced presidents.
