No. I can't say she wants an eggsac. Never bred. I think she was trying to kill/eat it.

she's not trying to bite the ball, she thinks its her egg-sack, and she's just trying to turn it over, but its too big, and rolls too easy, so she's slipping, and trying to use the fangs to gain abit of extra footing to no avail.

give her a smaller ball :)

i think she thought it was a bird egg and she was inspecting it as a meal but later found out its not because she couldnt poke a hole in it

LOL i apprecaite the enthusiam of all who think she thinks its an eggsac, but in fact in the wild Grammostola rosea tarantulas, if they come across a bird egg, will in face suck the proteins out of the inside. She probably thinks this is a bird egg. Just be careful with her, cause if her fangs actually do penetrate that ball, they can get stuck. Other than that , she is sooo cute playing with it. ^^

I thought someone on a forum had a male manipulate a ping pong ball... I don't think males would have that instinct. Wonder why it does this though. Maybe thinks it's some kind of threat..?
