is the snow leopard disk a full OS or just an upgrade, soldierknowsbest says it is an upgrade. is he correct??

@PeakTotalAction i bought the 30$ version when it came out and i used it to do a full install so yes, it is the full install disk

whats the benefit of booting from the hardrive vs just booting from the snow leapord back up disk if something goes wrong?

@konradallan when you do it from the hard drive you get full snow leopard with all the utilities and and applications you would need for examining the problem where as if u did it from the disk u only get the snow leopard install features not the full os

If you wanted to put windows 7 on the extra hard drive instead on snow leopard? Would that also work or would you have to fool around with bootcamp too? I just have a windows 7 disk laying around so I thought I would ask.

ive been lookin thru lots of vids, n cant find the answer, ma question is, i want to move my games from ma internal drive to an external hd, so i can play them at school (college) on my off time, etc, or just when i go to ma frineds house, etc. i just move the files (cracked games, no cd needed) to the hd, but when i go to anoher comp, it just doesnt launch. i dont know how to explaing it well.. sorry, hope u get the idea. ANYONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Partition manager wizard is really a good thing, MiniTool partition manager wizard is a good choice for you. It is easy to use and it is efficient. Some editions are FREEEEE. Any of you who need it can have a try.

When i click install Mac OS X it asks me to restart my computer to begin installation process. The is leopard 10.5 and im running snow leopard 10.6, i can't find the snow leopard install disk.

Heyy , I would like to know because i make a partition in my hard drive external and i convert to ntfs to fat32 and i want to know if i reformat my pc is my folder in my hard drive external will still be there.
