I agree. But, no where does it say, lay still and let your religion be extinguished. If the world was peaceful enough and all people were innocent hearted then we all would sleep outside and put our life savings cash out there on the road. Reality is reality.. Christ said "There will be those who falsly will stand in my name" The bible says...be innocent hearted like a dove, but be observant like a snake so you can follow God while defending your religion.

I know for a facr that religion will get you nowhere cos if it was for religion I think the Jews would go tostraight heaven. but it's up to accepting christ and following Him because he is the only way truth and life and there no other way to heaven and eternal life but through Him. no religion will get us to heaven.

Im not talking about Jewish religion....but Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo.....as the straight and unchanged road since the early christianity. Of course Im talking about accepting Christ. When people who accept Christ form a union more than two people then it becomes a Religion.

As a neutral christian it was a shame to hear the pastor preaching hate.why he have to talk about other religions why.pastor if you can read this i would tell you in the name of jesus to start loving your christian brothers(the orhodox faith)because as the bible teaches us your faith mean nothing if you don't have love.

@Awash777, I think you are a little too presumptuous! Martin Luther brought back to the real truth and message of the Bible when the Catholicism hijacked the faith.

Do you know how many people were burned alive while trying to put the word of God in the hands of everyone? Many!

@ZeraYaqob, the pastor's comments are appropriate and should be taken in context.

He didn't attack Orthodox Church in particular. By the way, he is as critical against Protestant or Catholic church practices. So, the pastor is even-handed. You should not take it personally. If you listen the severe criticism against him by the Pentecostal leadership, you will be amazed. But, he told them the truth!
