got 3 classes every day and thats an awesome method but realistically are you doing that every day! i have to exert so much energy and i dont know if i could tell an awesome story like that 3x's a day lol.
nice one. i am going to try this..btw, i used to do this tai chi type of stretching exercise where u get to slice a big giant watermelon, and then give them up to the ppl on the left, right and front..its more for flexibility..and breathting. the kids love it and ask for it evritime we did warmups..
Great warm up activity. Do you come up with a new story every day? If so very impressive lol. Great job looks like you really enjoy your profession. I'm going to try the idea out with my students.

This is so creative. Awesome job keeping it entertaining and fun. These little kids don't even realize they are getting an awesome cardio workout.
