why buy an animal u seem to think is "an idiot" if u buy a ferret u usually have to buy 2 or pay them lots and lots of attention they are very social animals and crave attention i recomend u do ur research on them before thinking of even getting one and maybe change ur attitude about then animal as well :)

I didn't go on about the shavings either. Not only does he need a bigger cage, ferrets aren't mean't to have shavings in there cage, if that was from a pet store, which I can now see. They shouldn't be selling ferrets, or letting people tease them through the cage. Doing so makes them think biting is ok. I didn't say anything about the lock because I no most times that they are there to protect the ferrets from escaping.
