Neighborhood Council member and community activist Ms. Ziggy Kruse is speaking to the LA City Council during public comments (non-agenda). She is interrupted by the City Attorney and the City Council President when she pointed out that many incumbents, including the City Council President would not debate their opponents for the upcoming City elections. This interruption was corrected via a email from Ms. Kruse to the City Attorney and the City Council President. A follow up trip to City Council occured on 02-13-2009 where Ms. Kruse spoke without interruption on the same issue. Her research and persistance paid off.
