Playhouse is an annual event organized by the NUS Medical Society featuring plays from the five years of Medical Students from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. Each Year has to put together a play of a storyline of their choosing and it is fully drafted and choreographed by students from the respective year.

For the year of 2011, the M4's play emerged as the Best Overall Play. The event was organized and overseen by the Arts & Culture Director of the 63rd Executive Committee of the NUS Medical Society, Kwek Lee Koon.
