Cant swap gear in arena just weapons

i believe when dueling a geared mage that the easy way to win is just by starting the duel stealthing . swap to full resto gear and do the fight with moonfire/wrath and careful range running. i havent lost that way yet. =\ even to full s3 mages. and im using a pve healing set
