  • @struktek The problem with a bureaucrat is they are bureaucrats. They are employed to argue. They make their living to make mud, to gum up the works.

  • why is she concerned about costs? that is your problem as the owner/builders is it not? does the panel have actual control over permitting?

  • it is typical:) house will be build from earth, timber,straw. Architect ask, how can be concrete car arive do build place. There is no concrete needed, but where is asphalt road? we dont need asphalt road. They cant accept designing with what is aviable in place. They need standarts and no improvisation, they create vilage with zero tolerance for TrayAndError. They dont want allow create playground for adult to game building homes and houses from sand and straw.
