that a real question? lol it doesn't matter, each has it's strengths. Hume's end up better in strength than mithra (less than galka and elvaan iirc) but mithra have higher dex. In the end it doesn't really matter as gear can make up any shortcomings.

i really hate seeing all the blu/nin out there, (blu/dnc ftw), but i can't deny it's great, head butt + utsusemi makes you almost impossible to hit, if you stun his special moves you can almost do the entire thing without getting hit.

this video really makes me wish i had access to sea, i don't have disseverment yet ;_;

what's your opinion on wearing a seperate body piece for meleeing, then swaping in the AF for your big spells? i keep hearing arguments from both sides

sorry hadn't seen comments :D it depends, i use SH for melee if i miss alot, otherwise i don't bother too much. Food can compensate for acc while there is no food for blue magic skill. And I did this fight long before dancer was available. ;P Personally, i kind of want to try this fight again as blu/rdm sometime as that combo is quite fun in campaign and very survivable. MP is always the issue for me on blu (no refresh = issues as it gets low).

thought about it, but played it more conservatively since there was no rest time between forms and I was too cheap to spend tons on ethers.

Never been a fan of blu/dnc, blu's low evasion and slow tp gain due to casting a lot doesn't seem a great combo for /dnc, you'll be taking more dmg than you cna heal for, and wasting more MP on defensive spells that you gain from aspir samba. Blu/nin for solo. Blu/thf for DDing. Just my 2 cents ^^
