Flood 1

This is our street last night and me in the background overstating the obvious. at it's highest, the water reached our top front step edge, but at the bottom where the car was it was waist deep in spots. Our complex is at the lowest spot in the area, hence this.the road all the way back to where we are is probably a 1 to 12 pitch (1 inch to every foot)
The bend at the bottom where Dave's car was is a drop off of about a foot.
