I will be getting an iphone 3GS soon but I would like to know:
This Voice Over function, do you have to download an application for this to work or it works directly out of the box?
And also for the Zoom function, does it work out of the box?

Apple really care about thier customes to provide this for free I bet ms would charge an arm and leg for option

This is great that Apple included these accessibility features in their phone. Also a much cheaper option considering i spent $1500 on software (including accessible GPS) for my Touch Pro to make it accessible to me. If they would include an accessible GPS app, i would switch in a heartbeat.
