  • Did you saw that sound??? that chopper is the only one with that sound!

  • The left landing gear was overserviced and every time we tried to land the gear would not compress and the helicopter would shake. (We did not know this was the problem at that time). After 3 attempts to land we decided to head back to Martin State Airport for maintenance help. Maintenance helped us get it down safely and fixed the problem. Medic did a great job keeping Martin State informed and with crew coordination

  • yeah or the nitrogen was low in that shock

  • looks to me like one of the back wheels wanted to collapse

  • Ahh, so that's why he moved it to grass and gently let it down? In case a wheel collapsed and the main rotor hit the ground? Better to have it his grass and dirt than road, as debris will not fly as far and be further from people?

  • The landing gear has a display in the cockpit, with 3 green lights, 1 for each wheel. 3 Green means all gear is good to land.

  • Hey Its Dere again what does "the troopers didnt have a 3 green" mean? Let me know thanks
