  • Where in Borneo was this?

  • @666WRR For preservation reasons I cannot say the exact location. But Sarawak, in the Kelabit Highlands. If anyone wants to go, fly to Bario, stay at Gems Lodge with Jaman Riboh and he can take you to the spot as hes the only person I gave the location to. Obviously I was very very lucky, its unlikely you willsee the leopard. Although on trips since I have heard a large animal in the trees there but through the dense secondary jungle I have not been able to pinpoint anything as of yet.

  • Not the best language but thanks. And most of all I was there and it will stick with me forever. The originals are better, on mini DVD. Will polish them up and reupload in HD some time. Went back last year to the same spot and although there was quite a bit of movement I couldnt see anything. Too dense and could be something else. Maybe one day though and hopefully with a nice new HD camcorder! ;)

  • Apologies, there are 3 problems, youtube greatly reduces quality, sadly i had my camcorder on longplay and finally the mini dvd it recorded to was scuffed but i will be polishing this for a re-upload or just uploading it full quality on my website with a link from here.

One other option is i am going back to the exact spot in 19 days and plan to spend a while on a clouded leopard spotting mission. They are territorial, but do have large territories so luck will have to be on my side again.

  • @arachnidzone Of course, I understand. Thanks for the infornation though!

Have you ever been to the more Southerly parts like Bako or Batang Ai or know if there are any C. Leopards there? I may be going there next year and working for a bit at Matang centre.

  • kittinbella i dont see you uploading any footage you have shot of anything. so STFU AND GTFO u DUMB CUNT

  • i was hoping to see a more than a little speck of it :( with the, understandably, unsteady footage, it's impossible to see anything more than a quickly moving/jumping brownish speck
