Equally at home on stage or on screen, award-winning actress LORETTA DEVINE (Pamela Taylor) has created some of the most memorable roles in theater, film and television. Devine first captured national attention in the role of Lorrell, one of the three original "Dreamgirls" in Michael Bennett's award-winning Broadway musical. She followed that performance with a fiery portrayal of Lillian in Bob Fosse's critically acclaimed stage production "Big Deal." Subsequent work in George C. Wolfe's "Colored Museum" and "Lady Day at Emerson Bar and Grill" cemented Devine's status as one of the most talented and versatile stage actresses.

Film roles soon followed, including a poignant turn as a single mother opposite Whitney Houston, Angela Bassett and Gregory Hines in Waiting to Exhale, which earned her an NAACP Image Award for Best Supporting Actress. Devine also won an NAACP Image Award for Best Supporting Actress for her work in Penny Marshall's The Preacher's Wife. Devine also received an IFP "Spirit" Award nomination for her role in Woman Thou Art Loosed. She was featured in the Academy Award®-winning film Crash and the hit movie version of Dreamgirls. Additional film credits include the successful Urban Legend franchise; I Am Sam, opposite Michelle Pfeiffer and Sean Penn; Kingdom Come; What Women Want; Punks; Hoodlums; Down in the Delta and Stanley and Iris.

Devine also appeared in Sticky Fingers, Amos and Andrew, The Breaks, The Price of Kissing, Lover Girl, Class Act, Living Large, Caged Fear, Little Nikita and Dirty Laundry. Devine co-starred in This Christmas and First Sunday, both of which opened #1 at the box office. She voiced the character of Delta, the chocolate brown toy poodle in Beverly Hills Chihuahua, starring Drew Barrymore. Her most recent releases are Death at a Funeral, with Chris Rock, Martin Lawrence and Danny Glover; Lottery Ticket and Tyler Perry's For Colored Girls, an all-star adaptation of Ntozake Shange's influential play.

ANGELA BASSETT (Claudine Watson) Alluring audiences with emotionally tinged performances has been the signature of Angela Bassett, who personifies a sense of dignity and pride whenever she appears on screen. Her talent and abilities as an actress and executive producer in both television and film have time and time again earned the respect and acclaim from her peers and fans, proving herself to be one of the industry's premier leading ladies. Angela recently wrapped shooting the McG helmed film, This Means War for 20th Century Fox. Bassett joins Chris Pine, Tom Hardy and Reese Witherspoon in the action/romantic comedy in the vein of Mr. and Mrs. Smith about two best friends and international spies who fall in love with the same woman, and, in declaring war on each other, nearly fail to defeat a dangerous arms deal out to steal a nuke. Bassett is playing "Collins", boss to Pine's and Hardy's characters who has dedicated her entire life to the spy business. This Means War will be released June 17th, 2011. Also this summer, she will be seen in the hugely anticipated Green Lantern opposite Ryan Reynolds, Peter Sarsgaard and Tim Robbins. She will play "Dr. Amanda Waller", a government agent who is a staple of the DC Comics series. Donald De Line produced the project and Martin Campbell directed.

Angela is currently shooting ABC's drama pilot "Identity." The project, from ABC Studios, Mark Gordon Co. and writer John Glenn, is an action procedural based on a British format, which centers on an elite police unit formed to combat the explosion of identity-related crime. Bassett will play Martha, the Special Agent in charge of the FBI's new Identity Crimes Unit. Bronx-tough Vassar graduate from Greenwich, Martha is determined to make a go of this division, using sophisticated technology combined with good old fashioned investigative methods. Perhaps best known for her intense portrayal of Tina Turner in the biopic What's Love Got to do With It? opposite Laurence Fishburne, Angela earned the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Drama, an NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Motion Picture, and an Academy Award® nomination for her powerful performance. Bassett first made the successful crossover to the silver screen when she appeared in a small but rich role as the ambitious single mother who sends her son to live with his father in John Singleton's Boyz n the Hood. Other memorable roles include, Terry McMillan's Waiting to Exhale co-starring Whitney Houston, Kathryn Bigelow's futuristic Strange Days with Ralph Fiennes, Vampire in Brooklyn opposite Eddie Murphy, and Supernova with James Spader. Angela also starred as Violetta Wallace, mother of slain rapper, Christopher "Notorious B.I.G." in Notorious.
