sorry my bad tht is not the pitch she throws! she throws the out the palm pitch.sorry.i throw the peel change.

the changeup she is throwin is the peel change u turn ur so you see skin when u throw it and u really snap at ur release to get it to float and then it will drop. i throw it and im 12. it has worked great.i hoped i helped!

how fast do you pitch?
what style does Chelsea use to throw her change-up? if anyone could tell me it would be much appreciated, I really like the way it looks.

Thanks for the comment. It's an "out-the-back", where the palm is turned toward 3rd base (1st if you're a lefty), and the pitch is rolled off the thumb. It's very effective because it has the same motion and follow-through as the drop, only 15-20 mph slower.
