please can you tell me what to press, i went and download it, and when i did, it comes up with a menu saying all these options:
Data Disk, Audio Disk, Video Disk, Write Image, Copy Disk And Read Disk which one do i press to burn ubuntu???

but theres the ISO file and a .part file??? i know wat to do wit the iso but what do i do with the part file?

I see that you are probably using the Firefox web browser. Firefox uses .part files as a temporary place to place the downloaded data. If you see a .part file, download it again, or finish the download that was paused. Don't try to burn the ISO file. You may want to download it again.
