I lost the weight by eating veggies, fruit, lots of fiber about 25g, 2 gallons of water a day an egg and fruit for breakfast, tuna and salad for lunch and boiled chicken, 1/2 cup rice, veggies, and more salad.
i swam about 3000yd a day
i ran about 5 miles an hour for 1-1 1/2 hours
and did some cardio and slight lift weights
Lastly i had 1 pill of acia berry from cvs every day and 3 cups of acia berry juice
