This song was written by John Lennon about his relationship with Yoko Ono and the subsequent events surrounding their marraige and honeymoon. When is comes to John Lennon there is so much to say, but I think it is sufficient to say that he was an incredible song writer and a fantastic singer/guitar player. The original recording was done by John Lennon and Paul McCartney and although McCartney did not have a hand in writing the song the writing credits were given to the Lennon/McCartney partnership. John and Paul played just about every instrument on the recording. Contrary to popular belief the rest of The Beatles, George and Ringo were not present during the recording of this tune. We will put up some more videos of these songs whenever we get a chance to get a better take. Enjoy!!
