John is a very humble person, believe me. He has no airs or graces about him, he just gets a lot of enjoyment from playing - so what you see is someone lost in their zone - do not mistake this for arrogance or being self centered - this is John playing, doing what he likes doing, nothing more or less.

Believe me, he is one of those rare people, he may have a talent and be a known name, but he still can't believe he has been given the chance to play, perform or that anyone likes him.

You're one lucky guy. Getting to be his nephew! John 5, Brian Warner and Twiggy Ramirez are the only actually talented musicians from the band Marilyn Manson in my opinion. I think John 5 could be in bigger places playing bigger shows with bigger names but as EmmaJ76 said he's very humble and likes life the way it is. Plus, him and the rest of the band Marilyn Manson go hand in hand so I doubt he'd leave them for better.

@youllneverguess123 your uncle is the coolest guy. i got to meet him and rob zombie at the mayhem festival at the gibson ampitheatre last year, a good friend of my guitarist in my band is one of their tech crew touring with them, and he was super cool. he's been one of my biggest influences so that's really cool man

I agree with crazyhaircut94. Sometimes I am very tired or just being lazy and I put on some John 5 and all of a sudden im not lazy or tired so i pick up my guitar. Im glad he is who he is cuz If he wasn't around i don't know how my inspiration would be. Amazing guitarist! 5 out of 5 skull rating!
