Please see the REMAKE of this video. Everyone feels a bit low sometimes - it's the mental health equivalent of the common cold. But for some people it's much more serious, paralysing their ability to get on with life. When one recognizes he/she is in this state, I believe he/she should pray for God's help, give praise and seek professional treatment. DON'T WAIT!

  • I thank you Jim for posting this song and video. Absolutely beautiful. I noticed a scene that caught my attention and looked and saw you were from Maine. I live very close to Mt Katahdin. and love all the scenes I have seen of it. Thanks again. Youre brother in Christ. God bless Jim

  • Hi, Jim and Lea

Thank you for your comment. Yes, I am from the beautiful State of Maine. I grew up in East millinocket, where I could see Mt. Katahdin -- God's country. The scene in the video was taken from I-95 above Medway. Absolutely breath taking.

    God bless you both.

  • To preface, I started out taking 21 meds for various reasons, one being for depression. I am cardiac. Secondly, a question: Did Jesus carry a bag of pills with Him when he healed? The point of the movie is to point out that that He can heal "miraculously" if He chooses, and through treatment and medicine. He is the giver of all good things. I for one will not refuse a blood transfusion, if needed. This is what my opening statement is meant to say. God Bless! Seek His face and treatment! :)

  • @themaineman2001

Remember that Jesus gave us Physicians here on earth, even though he is the Great Physician :) Just pray for His will in the matter....whether he restores your health or calls you home to him, eiether way you are loved, forgiven and you serve a real and loving God

  • @JulezandChris

Please view my video, Stir The Water. God Bless.

  • by all means, get professional help, but don't stop asking God for a miracle either.

  • God is the giver of all good gifts, at times abused. Science and medicine are gifts from God. He gave us a brain for our function, learning, the good of all mankind and ultimately for His Glory! God not only heals "spiritually", but by treatment and medicine as well. He is the Creator of ALL mankind. So many don't know that He's always near. Acknowledge him and seek His Will for you. Too, the day we are so rebellious and think He can't heal "miraculously" is the day we are missing out.

  • Thank You!

I've been depressed for about 7 (!!) years. Since I give my heart to Jesus Christ, I was never depressed again! Praise Him!

  • I don´t agree with this. I think depression is an illness - as for all ilnesses we need professional treatment so why not for depression? Why should God come up with medical help if he doesn´t want us to use it? God wants us to live our lives with Him in spiritual harmony. This kind of ilness destroys this harmony. And God hates all which keep us from Him!

  • I just watched this video some where else, It was uploaded by someone I adore very much, I adore this person for many reasons, One of them because our almighty God is in his souls, May our Lord and mother Mary protect this man and bless him and bless every step he takes, That's why my soul is with this man. The sad part is he will never know because I cannot tell him, O sweet Jesus my Lord and savior, I wish I had the courage to tell this man how I feel.

  • Psalm 121 has been a reality in my life. Indeed, God cares...and provides healing (whether through supernatural means or by doctors). Jesus cares...

  • Thanks for the message at the end. I had severe depression for YEARS. Eventually I was put on anti-depressants and they worked pretty well - I had my life back. Then I found a wonderful doctor who ran a complete thyroid panel and found I those hormones low. We eventually found a med combo that fixed that problem, and I found I was able to come off my anti-depressant - that it was a thyroid problem all along! God bless all who need and seek help.

  • nice......GREETINGS FROM ITALY

  • For me God is a help and a support-so I am glad I am a Christian. I Meinug after, then this song expresses it all. He is the Almighty to help us

  • I hadn't been always depressed. I am just sometimes very sad and angry when everything goes wrong and unfair. But everytime I see the Hope in Christ, I become alive again. Never let our spirit die. Don't let the Spirit in us die. Always try to forgive. God will make a way. His promise is Ya and Amen. Never lose hope in Christ. Actually I don't need any psychiatrist, I just need Jesus and someone or people who will listen.

  • Four common sense reasons why I think there is no god; A) Total absence from the natural world. No sign of a god, before, during or after, natural disastres B) The absolute absence of favoritism towards believers. Even chruches need lightning-rods to protect them from god. C) The absence of any reaction, when crimes are committed in his name. D) The suffering of the innocent. One could accept that the guilty must suffer, but children ???
