Beryl with ubuntu system panel and dbus efect

In this video we can see the blur efect, the new funcionality of scale, that we can copy files more easy betwen various windows, the ubuntu system panel, and a little efect using dbus that when amsn recives a message amarok icon made a water effect (i dont know how to do it with amsn icon)

What version of Ubuntu is this please. I have the Hardy Heron which is 8.04 I think. Should I go a step down? and how do I really make it look nice. I understand I need USP (kiba dock). Teach me all. please!
