This interview, conducted by Bob Pooler for WIRY 1340am, features Plattsburgh State men's hockey head coach Bob Emery and Cindy Rotz of the North Country Downs Syndrome Association. The trio discussed the upcoming speaking engagement on Plattsburgh's campus featuring Karen Gaffney.
Gaffney will be speaking in the Giltz Auditorium at 6 p.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2009. She is the President of a non-profit organization dedicated to championing the journey to full inclusion in families, schools, the workplace and the community for people with developmental disabilities and also has Down syndrome.
