Hey Joe, one of my guitar students sent me your Wes "The Man" video and so I clicked on these side videos when it was over - your Cool Groove exercises #1 and #2. Wonderful soloing, very creative, lovely note choices. My wife and I are listening as we're chillin' and I commented to her how fascinating it is that an excellent solo can breath so much life into a very simple progression and how many awesome pieces have very simple elements. Great job, powerful solos.
@DallasMusicLessons Thank you very much...I'm so glad that your student found the Wes clip...It's my hope that every young cat starting out playing guitar, jazz, rock, metal, whatever gets exposed to the Men and Women who made the vast majority of pop music a viable industry and geniunely entertaining...And the best place to start is at the beginning, with guys like Wes, Pat Martino, George Benson, Kenny Burrell, and so on...sorry got on my soapbox again...again thanks for the thoughts
I was just thinking, have you ever considered submitting some of your work to the online jazz radio stations? You might get some good air time. I listen to several of them via iTunes and they all seem to have a fairly short play list. Lots of repeats. No reason for you not to get in on the action, eh?

Every bit as nice as #1 Joe. I like them both.
