Introduction of ClarityLogic™ Assistance Technology

Ever wish you could just push a button and have your phone instantly customize itself to your liking? New ClarityLogic enabled phones from Clarity feature a special blue button that connects your phone to our help center. One of our representatives will be able to see inside your phone and make adjustments for you.

What is ClarityLogic? ClarityLogic is a new, first-of-its-kind service from Clarity that personalizes the phone uniquely for the customer.

How does it work? When a user presses the ClarityLogic button, they are quickly connected to a customer service representative while a data message from the phone is simultaneously uploaded to a computer. Almost immediately, the Clarity representative knows the user's product and can make adjustments, such as: programming a new number into the phonebook, and customizing the speed dial.
