@rallykarate Have you ever heard of Farnz Liszt??? I know you don't know anything about high level sports especially pianist Liszt practiced basics all day long. No pro in any sport would ever say "core" moves are a waste of time. Seeing your "karate" name pretty much means all you do is bullshit and have no clue about how a real sport is played...

"Core" moves for the "professional" pianist could be either scales or exercises. It would be different for each individual pianist. No "professional" pianist would waste their time on playing chopsticks as a "core" move

like 702decatur said Mundials is Gi. Yoshida would get shot in on all day long at ADCC. although everyone who went up against him the Mundials would probably just pull guard hed still be on top rather than fighting off his back.
