I have finally had the time to test the PWM, and It works great. This is a clip of its functionality, as seen on the oscilloscope.

I will test the new plates and see if it still gets warm ,pwm is ok just at the end where the wire connects to the cell .This is just my test cell voltage is high in the gaps,3 volts new cell is 2.30.we are desiging a new kinda regulator for the generator which works on 3 psi,when it is running I will show the video,we changed timing,and spark ,comming soon.

I Am sure all connections are great  crimpped,soldered,and tight.afetr owning a stereo shop for 24 years I have gained wisdom.I think it is the small bolts which go thru the plates is the problem, my new 7x7 cells will be ready soon,I used a 3/8 aluminun stud for the plates, I wanted to use copper but it is hard to find but thanks for the come back Z.

I'm with Z, something is not soldered/connected properly. A 4 gauge wire should not get hot. My 8 gauge wires do not even get warm at 30 amps.

Really?! Check to make sure your all your crimps are soldered, connections clean and tight.

Dam my 4 gauge neg gets hot at 17 amp draw.
