This is a little solo appearance I did myself - the audio isn't very good, next time I need to be closer to the mic and camera - also I know the lighting behind me is a bit overwhelming but I sorta like it. I am trying to cover any information I can to share with everyone to let them in on how exciting this it. We are losing weight with ease and in a quick safe manner.
