the only real fully complete necromancer accounts are ones that have:

the staff of worms

necromancers amulet (through glitch)

risen flesh spell (shivering isles subquest)

and the king of worms robes or necromancer robes :p

if you want the amulet the only way to keep it is to obtain it than do sanguines quest but make sure u keep it on through the entire quest after it is done you will be able to keep its powers just not the amulet

You don't wanna turn it in? Well, if your a PC Oblivion player, bring up the console and type: coc testinghall

It should take you to a place with ALL THE ITEMS IN THE GAME! But, be careful what you pick up. If they're quest items, you can NEVER put 'em out your inventory. You can wear them, though :D It's got all the Clothes, Armor, Keys, Weapons, Creatures etc etc... :3

@JoeShmoe0987654321 or even if you have the reanimate (from Shivering isles, or you run like hell to finish the questline so you have the staff of worms) you can use that to revive her, and then just kill her again. after you turn in the origional of course.

@TheBeastlyStudmuffin Or if your on a console, you can use the Staff of Corruption glitch to get two amulets, turning the duplicate in before picking up the second one. Then rushing back to the original corpse before it disappears.
