Non-severe thunderstorm that brought brief heavy rain and pea-size hail to the Lake Elsinore and Temecula areas of Southern California on Nov 28, '09. These conditions were triggered by a strong cold core upper low directly over southeastern CA. What was noteable about this storm cell was a possible weak rotating wall cloud that formed over Temecula, seen at 1:45 in the video and timelapsed to enhance the rotation features. NWS in San Diego reviewed this footage but is inconclusive.
