The IFEAL Foundation is recognised internationally as the Centre of Excellence for Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL), Equine Assisted Therapy (EAT) and Equine Assisted Coaching (EAC) with emphasis on Integral Leadership and Working Relationship development. Some clients also have an interest in Horses though this is not a requirement for any of the programmes.
