i d love to see zaraki getting bankai....its like ehmm guys ok he got bankai all bad people are dead due to extreme fear and anyone that even thinks to become a bad guy and rule the world dies instantly out of pure zaraki made awesomeness :P end of episodes.

Actually he explains that it is constantly released, because of his high spiritual pressure. ichigo just had to learn zangetsu's name because he had to become a soul reaper again, and byakuya had stabbed him through his spirit thingy claiming he would never have shinigami powers again. so he lost his and had to get them back. ^^
