BMW EV Conversion 41 Control Experiment 08

New software installed in the motor controller now closes the loop and lets the controller monitor and limit rpm. Very useful feature. Downside is a slight bug that causes the limiter function to kick in at lo rpm. Seems to be caused by the serial cable!!

@mathghamain , I didn't actually have to change anything. The nearside front wishbone had a bad ball joint and I had forgotten to put a securing strap on the 12v battery! Both points were repaired within a few days and test passed.

You mentioned in a previous video that there were a few points you had to fix to get the NCT, What do you have to change? Looking good :) Thanks for posting your videos they are very instructive.

you need a shielded cable i guess
