I had a room at one of those self storage places for a couple of years when we moved. It was pretty full when we started but we eventually took stuff out, gave stuff away etc. About the only thing left of any value was a couple of bicycles. I suggested to the wife that we get rid of them. "No," she said, "we paid a lot of money for those!" We paid $100 each and the rent was $60 per month. Didn't take too long to do the math and get the rest of our stuff out of there. hahaha
So, that's it, huh? I really thought it was much bigger. I was thinking more along the lines of the big government warehouse at the end of the Indiana Jones movie.
Dick you forgot to show us the elevator. Can you add some footage from just entering the outside door all the way up (and your long term bill :D) Just geeking out
Wow, Dick very cool...! How many rooms like that are you renting? It's very wise of you to hang on to this stuff to later sell as collectibles, but as you've said here and on GizWiz.... $100,000 of rent might have canceled that out. But you have good karma for all the wonderful Mad treasures you've spread around. ^_^
Thanks Dick, thank you for the tour. Plus, this place is perfect for Halloween.

126k for that?! FOR THAT?!
Really it's money well spent. A historic gem of gadgets and gizmo's. A shrine to stuff. A dedication to all that is good (and bad) in the world.
