Good video guys...
You have to use your arms to set up though so you can get higher on your backflips and use your arms again to reach back/down for your flip flops...
Do that and both your flip flops and backflips will be a lot easier and smoother.... and you'll get a higher backflip once you learn to properly set....
But good stuff, keep up the flipping! :)
