how do you use someone elses vidoes in ur videos if u have permission from them?

You can create a "Playlist" and add other YouTube videos into it. You do not need permission from the owner of the video to do this. Go to "video manager". At the bottom of the lefthand column you'll see "Playlist". Click on "+New".

Im just starting to use Vega sony studio and I cant seem to find a tutorial on how to make my clip run smooth instead of stoping all the time

That's pretty general...For now, if the clip is stopping on your system, it could be a performance issue with your computer. Video sucks a ton from your system. If it's an older system or you have limited RAM on it the video will stop and start to allow your system to catch up.

how do you insert clips from a different video into your current video tht ur making or editing?

Go to "video manager". Check the box (Upper left hand corner), of the video you want to delete. Click the drop down arrow in the "Actions" box. Click "Delete".
