And Then There Were Two!

EEEEEE!!

The wait is finally over!! Shadow has been hyper morning and night for the past few days.. and still is actually.. but shes done absolutly great, shes taken care of it all by herself we haven't really had to do anything lol shes a fantastic mum and shes very protective, which is a pretty good thing really.

And now for the big question... Whats she called?

Well, I was planning to ask you what you think would suit BUT!! We decided on a name pretty much after we saw her :) Shes called Kara. She has a show name too and thats Nino Pasado. And if my calculations are correct that means Last Child in Spanish.

The first clip is the first time I saw her :) Excuse my awesome babble.. I'm not much of a morning person lets put it that way.. however I think this morning was the fastest I've ever got out of bed... ever...

She was born at 5AM 7th May 2009 which is pretty awesome because thats the day after I turned 16 haha lol -HI5-

Shes amazing! Shes so big and cute! Shadow is soo proud of herself, shes so bright and alert, and we are finally getting tepremental mood swings! Wheyy! -.-

So we checked on these two munchkins three times today.. you can probs see.. the clips and pics are in a random order.. but some of them Kara was an hour old.. some 6 hours old.. and some 15 hours old lol and the 'your a bit cold woman' in the first clip.. shads was shivering though you might not be able to see.. was also refering to myself who was half in nice cosy bed and half stood on a field freezing my butt off. Good times, good times :P

So how do you cross a Shadow with a SKEWBALD traditional cob and get a light bay awesome bundle of joy? Who might I add is HUMONGOUS. And her dad is smaller than Shadow :|
Think Ill just let this one slide :P No wonder Shadow had a huge belly all that time! Okay, maybe some of it was food.. okaay maybe alot of it was food.. but hey.. big foal.. am not complaining.. though Shads probs was... Geez... anyway lol in all seriousnessness im really pleased its all gone okay, its been a very rewarding experience, even if my mare can be daft and tempremental lol. Well I say that shes actually been soo lovely with us, shes calmer in the middle of the day, gets a bit edgy around us and espesh Kara in the evening.. but it is the first day.. I'm rambling soo much tonight... meh...

Haha actually Shadow told Kara off today it was so funny she grunted and everything Kara just looked bemused :P Think thats all I have to say really.. OH! Scratch that.. Before you ask, no, we arn't keeping Kara forever.. there will be a time when she will have to embark on her own adventure.. soo if any of you want a filly? *wink* *wink* Hurry! While stocks last! Lol joking, I love them both loads but I have to let go one day. Anyway.. before we get depressive.. Think I shall end this with some good ol thankyouus
