Mine does the exact sane thing and the volume display never goes away. Also every time I turn the volume down it goes right back up. Please help!

yo I fixed my phoen by holding down the power button till u see cancel then hold home button till it brigns u to the home page hope that helps bro

i got a question i just got my iphone 3gs and when i change the volume up or down doesnt that volume symbol thign with that 3 sound waves suppose to change it only changes for me when im on ipod/youtube but the ringer when i put the volume all the way down the 3 soundwaves r still at full and when i change the volume on my ipod/youtube section when i put it all the way down the sound wave thing goes to 0 and when i put the volume up 1 bar all 3 sound waves lights up again
