Teaching:
• Start in quadruped position with hands under shoulders and knees under hips
• Keep toes dorsiflexed and head neutral

Coaching:
• Perform a cat and camel (round then arched back)
• Find neutral spine position and slowly sit hips back towards heels
• Keep core tight

Common Errors:
• Posture is lost
• Flexion or extension of lumbar spine
• Head is not neutral
