I think we'll have to agree to disagree. For some women to get pregnant from a rape is as traumatic as the rape it self. To me, is a matter of choice. If abortion conflicts with your belief, then don't do it but I know that I would like to have the option. Clearly we don't share the same beliefs,to me abortion is not a sin and an 8 weeks fetus is not a child. I DO belive that what happens in my body is MY decision and I wont let a guy, that doesn't even know how it works, take that away from me.

I don't really have an opinion about it, i'm atheist.. but i did a study for my university and had to end the study because after visiting and obtaining treatment records at over 50 abortion clinics in metropolitan and suburban areas i could not find one single case of a women who had requested abortion for a pregnancy from rape. All the work i did compiling thousands of charts was useless because every case was simply unwanted pregnancy due to financial reasons..

Well, most people get it wrong when understanding original sin. Original sin means we are bent towards sin. Committing sin or being bound in sin is another thing. For instance Jesus did not come from the Seed of Adam. (Holy Spirit induced) and therefore was not bent towards sin however was still tempted. For those of us who are able to make a conscious decision to sin even one time, we are then dead and bound by sin and headed to eternal damnation. But God has made a way for us through Jesus
