maybe it's just the vocals that are being played as backing music?
It's no big deal. Atleast she isn't lip synching.
She played to a backing track for Bouncing Off Clouds on the Graham Norton show... and didn't try to cover it.
I doubt she'd have the band there if all the instrumental was a backing track being played.
