@Hope2009pc. I understand and I commend you for your hard work; however with hard, accurate work one is not immune to the psychology of the work environment with some superiors quirks in their personality with no defense or recourse: their preferences, mannerisms, prejudices, bias, lack of job security, etc. I am in a union and work very hard, but just spining my wheels. Running 26.2 miles on a tread mill is not the same as making your hard work COUNT? Will your hard work promote you? Good day.

Unions are responsible for the 40 hour work week, overtime, OSHA, benefits, and almost every other workplace right. When enough people say fuck the unions and they go away get ready to be slaves again. We pretty much are. Wages are going down and cost of living is going up. All of that is due to the loss of union membership. That doesn't happen in Union shops. They have the courage to stand up for their rights as workers. Anti-union people love making CEOs rich and themselves poor. LOVE IT!
