Not hostile. I had a close encounter in 2008. It appeared in my pictures for about a month, and after I got used to it it came hovering along my house in broad daylight. Not hostile, it only showed itself, to show that it really exists?

The problem with disclosure is it would be too little too late! Even if the disclosed everything today there will always be foot dragging for people to try to make a buck one way or another.
