chief, i just got mine about a week ago, they arent that bad but they are rlly distracting i cant stop watching them...im also 14 i rlly hope this isnt my whole life

I finally went to an eye doctor about my floaters yesterday, I have them since 2006. He says that being near-sighted (which I am) makes the chances of developing floaters greater. Luckily my floaters aren't a sign of any other problem, they're just a slight annoyance I have to deal with on a daily basis.

I've had 'm the whole of my life , and,in one good eye! ( wich makes it a double
nuisance,but learned to live with it,now I'm older they seem to get worse.
It's nice to know there's treatment for this.

What causes floaters and blackspots in your eyes?

Can it remove residual floaters stuck on the retina or lens?
