this is not my normal weigh in day, but because i have been eating alot, and feeling very down because i feel very fat! because of the eating i needed to change my plan again! i didnt gain weight but i didnt lose any weight neither, im still 210! which is good but i really wanted to be 205 this week but im just glad i didnt gain weight! ill put my new plan in my blog
