If the Patriot Act is unconstitutional, then why hasnt a high court (i.e., US Supreme Court) declared it so by now? Yes, the Legislative branch can create a law like the Patriot Act, but the Judicial branch can declare acts of the Legislative branch
to be unconstitutional. Why hasnt this happened by now?!?!?!?!?

isnt america just "united states joined together" hence the name united state of america

what im trying to say is if things turn sour the states could split up

for example:the soviet union a group of states split up(im not say they are run the same)
